Using The Arts Channel on my Smartphone

Once you have subscribed to the Arts Channel you can also download the Arts Channel App and access all the content on your phone. Great if you’re on the go or not near your laptop!

Downloading The Arts Channel For iPhone users

Go to the App Store on your phone and search for The Arts Channel

You will see the Arts Channel appear in your search results. Tap "GET" and the download will begin. 

Once the App is downloaded, the button will change to "OPEN" Tap on this to open the App for the first time.

When the App is open, you will be taken to a sign up screen. If you already have an account with The Arts Channel, tap "Subscribe or Login", select "Login" and enter your login details. 

If you haven't got an Arts Channel account already, you can create one on the sign up page by entering your details, tapping Sign Up and following the instructions.

Once you are logged in, you can access all the Arts Channel content in one place. Use the bottom navigation bar to select Video, Feed or Info.

The next time you wish to dive into more videos, you can open the App from your home screen and return to watching.

Tap on “Video” to see the various categories such as Music Documentaries, Music Performances and so on. Selecting one of the images will take you to one of the Programme Series for that category. Each Programme Series can be tapped on to show you all of the videos within. Once you are in the Programme Series, simply tap on the video you want to watch and enjoy!

Tap on “Feed” for seeing blog posts and the most recent updates from The Arts Channel.


“Account” takes you to the information about The Arts Channel, and more importantly, where you would access your settings to Logout or Contact support for example.

You will see the Arts Channel appear in your search results. Select The Arts Channel and tap “Install”.

Using The Arts Channel For iPhone/ iPad users

After you have downloaded the App on your iPhone, the Arts Channel App will appear on your home screen. 

Downloading The Arts Channel For Android users

Go to the Play Store on your Android phone and search for The Arts Channel.

Once the App is downloaded, you will be prompted to open the App for the first time.

When the App is open, you will be taken to a sign up screen. If you already have an account with The Arts Channel, tap Login and enter your login details.

If you haven’t got an Arts Channel account already, you can create one on the sign up page by entering your details, tapping "Sign Up" and following the instructions. 

Once you are logged in, you can access all the Arts Channel content in one place. Use the bottom navigation bar to select Video, Feed or Info.

Tap on Video to see the various categories such as Music Documentaries, Music Performances and so on. Selecting one of the images will take you to one of the Program Series for that category. Each Program Series can be tapped on to show you all of the videos within. Once you are in the collection, simply tap on the video you want to watch and enjoy!

After you have downloaded the App on your Android device, The Arts Channel App will appear on your home screen.

The next time you wish to dive into more videos, you can open the App from your home screen and return to watching.
